M&M MeSa Management GmbH has acquired all shares in Thannhäuser Maschinenbau GmbH in Schüttorf as well as outstanding shares in AuRü | GS Gesellschaft für Umweltschutz mbH and other group companies.
The group of companies around AuRü | GS Gesellschaft für Umweltschutz mbH develops and distributes high-quality, innovative and customised collection systems for air conditioning units. Thannhäuser Maschinenbau GmbH is AuRü's most important supplier. The integration of Thannhäuser Maschinenbau GmbH and other companies in the group, and thus the production expertise, supports the further development of the product portfolio and the growth of the company.
FRANKUS provided legal advice to M&M MeSa Management GmbH on the transaction. The FRANKUS team consisted of partner Dr. Torsten Bergau (lead), counsel Charlotte Kaiser and associate Britta Scherler.
